How does the Five Fat Figs delivery service work in the UK?
We use a network of couriers to make sure our customers are receiving their orders when they expect them.
Simply choose the option that is best for you!
STANDARD DELIVERY ​
If you’re not in a rush, at just £3.95 our Standard Delivery service gives customers efficient delivery without breaking the bank - and don’t forget, if you spend over £30.00, delivery is FREE!

The Basics

Delivery is within 3-5 working days of your order being placed.

Delivery will be attempted between 7am - 10pm depending on the courier partner we have used. If delivery hasn't been attempted within the expected timeframe, then please get in touch the following day so we can look into what’s happened.

As much as we would love to, unfortunately we cannot request specific delivery time slots. Delivery is at the hands of the courier.

Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Some of our carrier partners have the option of a Saturday delivery and we will advise you if this is available when you place your order.

Standard delivery option is not always available in some areas and we will advise you if this is the case offering you an alternative.

We use various courier partners to ensure the best delivery for this option. If you prefer us to deliver to a locker/ParcelShop, let us know and we will sort this for you.

If you place multiple orders over a weekend to the same delivery address and the value exceeds £30, we will send your items in the one delivery and ensure that you receive the FREE shipping offer.

How can I track my order?
Most deliveries are trackable depending on the method of carrier we use. We'll always email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has left us.
Are you placing multiple orders within a few days of each other that qualify for free delivery and are being shipped to the same delivery address? Your orders may be sent in one parcel. You’ll be able to see whether they’ve been shipped together if the tracking information for each of the orders you’ve placed is the same.
What happens on the day of delivery?
A signature may be required on receipt.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY
So you’ve placed an order and can’t wait to receive it, at just £6.95, Next Day Delivery is fast and convenient with delivery right to your door, and the great news is, if you spend over £50 on an order, delivery is FREE!

The Basics

Order before 1pm to be eligible for the Next Day Delivery option. As long as your order is placed before 1pm (Mon – Fri) your order will be shipped that day to arrive at your door the NEXT WORKING DAY! Some of our carrier partners have the option of a Saturday delivery and we will advise you if this is available when you place your order.

​How can I track my order?
Delivery is fully trackable - we'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has left us.

If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, our delivery partner will leave a calling card advising whether your parcel has been delivered to a safe location, left with a neighbour or how to arrange collection.

Depending on the delivery partner, you might be presented with additional delivery features including specified delivery window slots and follow my parcel GPS tracking - just keep an eye on your tracking or for an email from our delivery partner, for the latest updates.

Depending on the delivery partner, you might be presented with delivery options during delivery including changing your delivery date, requesting leave with neighbour, requesting to leave in a safe place.

This delivery option is not always available in all areas and we will notify you if this is the case once you place your order. You will be given the option to change your delivery preference but we will do what we can to get this order to you as quickly as possible.
Just one more thing...
*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Five Fat Figs cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. If you have chosen to have your parcel delivered to a ParcelShop, it is your responsibility to ensure parcels are collected within a reasonable time period to avoid items being returned to us.

Want to make a return within the UK?
So you place an order and then sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition and packaging, unwashed and unworn, we accept returns for free, subject to the rules below, which includes rules about fair use.

None of these rules affect your statutory rights.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of the item being delivered to you, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. The refund applies only to the items purchased, we do not refund the delivery fee.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch - but any refund will be at our discretion.

If you have received FREE delivery with your order we will ask you to cover the cost of the return which we will deduct from the refund.
After That?
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we will ask you to cover the delivery costs, and unfortunately you will not be refunded for the cost of the item(s) you are trying to return.
Original Condition
Hygiene and our customers’ safety is super important, so certain items can’t be returned for refunds including:

Swimwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken

Underwear if the hygiene seal is not intact or any labels have been broken

Face & Body products if opened, used or protective seal is not intact

Pieced jewellery if the seal has been tampered with or is broken.
None of this affects your statutory rights.

We expect you to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us damaged, stained (including makeup and deodorant), worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including tags & boxes.
Responsibility of Your Returns
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
Fair Use Policy
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right: - then we might cancel your future orders and you will not be able to order from us any longer which would be a shame. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.
Five Fat Figs reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don't match what you ordered.
Exchanges
We don’t offer free exchanges to UK customers. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. Need a different size or colour of an item? Simply place a new order!
Returning A Faulty Or Incorrect Item
If you've received an item which is faulty or incorrect, we appreciate how figging annoying this is and we are very sorry for the inconvenience!
Please Email Us or call us on +44 (0)1344 868098 and we will get it sorted as a priority!
For items that you love and have simply worn out, please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather than a true fault, may not be refunded in full.

Five Fat Figs are small and independent, so the great news is you get to speak to us directly should you need to organise a return or have a complaint of any kind.

FREE Delivery & Returns
If you have ordered goods which entitled you to the FREE Delivery offer but something isn't right and you want to return an item, we will ask you to cover the cost of the return delivery. Items are still your responsibility until they reach us. Once we receive the returned goods, a refund will be processed within 10 working days deducting the cost of the return delivery (£3.95). All return terms apply.

How To Create A Return In the UK

Get in touch! Let us know that you’re returning the item and the reason why. Please Email Us and we will assist with your return.

We will respond within 24 hours confirming the return and organise a returns label for you to attach to the parcel. If you choose to organise the return yourself, unfortunately we won't cover your postage charges.

Print one label per parcel – the email you receive from us will have all of the details of what to do. Ensure to cover any original shipping labels to ensure it doesn’t come back to you again.

Depending on the original delivery option you paid for, we will organise the return either from your original delivery address, or we will request that you take the parcel to your nominated Hermes ParcelShop. Please ensure to check post time of your local ParcelShop as these may vary.

How does the International Five Fat Figs delivery service work?

We are delighted to have international customers and we offer the following rates to our customers:

INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY SHIPPING
If you're not in a rush to receive your item, why not try International Economy Shipping. For £8.95 GBP your item will be shipped via ROYAL MAIL the first working day after your purchase and will arrive with you anywhere between 5 & 40 days.

INTERNATIONAL TRACKED SHIPPING
If you fancy getting your goods a little quicker and want to keep track of where it is, try our INTERNATIONAL TRACKED SHIPPING at just £10.95 GBP. Your parcel will be sent the first working day after your order is placed and you will receive the tracking number so you know exactly where it is and when it will be delivered.

Now we know international shipping costs are not cheap so why not take advantage of our offer of FREE SHIPPING when you spend over £75 GBP?

Delivery for INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY is usually within 5-40 working days of your order being placed and sent via ROYAL MAIL UNITED KINGDOM.

Delivery for INTERNATIONAL TRACKED is usually within 5-14 working days of your order being placed depending on the carrier service & order location. These times may vary but we will always try and get your parcel to you in the quickest way possible.

Delivery will be to your door or chosen location.

Delivery via courier is not always available in some locations and we will advise you if this is the case, offering you an alternative. If for any reason we cannot deliver to your location, you will be refunded for your purchase. However we will do all we can to help you get your chosen item to you.

If you place multiple orders over a weekend for delivery to the same address and the value exceeds £70 GBP, we will send your items in one delivery and ensure you receive the FREE shipping offer.

Returns & Refunds from outside the UK
Firstly thank you for placing an order with us from abroad. It’s always great to have overseas support and we are chuffed to bits you love our products. We really are very sorry that you’re having to return any item for whatever reason it may be and we will do what we can to make this a smooth transaction.

The same rules apply to overseas customers as within the UK. The only difference is our postage rule.
If the item is simply unsuitable or you don’t like it, we are sorry to hear this and as long as the item is unwashed and unworn, and you have proof of posting the item back within 14 days of receiving it, you have the choice of an online Credit to use on our site within 6 months, or we will refund the cost of your purchase to the payment method you used, but we do not cover the cost of return postage, that will be your responsibility. We suggest that you ensure any items being returned are sent by registered post to ensure we can track the item and confirm receipt once received. The item is your responsibility until we receive it back at our warehouse. Proof of purchase is required for any refund so please ensure to keep this handy.
Although we quality check each and every item before it is packed and leaves us, should you find the item is faulty in some way, we will refund the original purchase and in special circumstances, cover the cost for the item to be returned to us. Postage method must be agreed in writing with proof of postage to be sent to us via email. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods to the card in which you purchased the items with.
Refunds are for items purchased only, we do not refund postage.
